Job Description

Role: Branch Manager ( Sales, Business Development & Team Management)

Industry: Financial – Broking Houses

Team Management: 1+10 members (mix of RMs and Dealers)

Reporting to: Cluster Head

Experience: 5+ years of experience in the equity market, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.


Job Responsibilities –

 Team Handling and AUM collection

 Increase revenue from new client through up sale / Cross Sell

 Acquisition of HNI, Retail clients and Corporate Clients

 Promote Focus Product of the month.

 Ensure individual and team performance as per norms.

 Recruit, induct, handhold, facilitate and motivate team members.

 Retention of performing team members.

 Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the branch within the given guidelines, framework and budgets.

 Ensure compliance as per various regulator and organization guidelines.

 Cross Selling of Third Party Products- LI, MF, PMS, FD, Bonds etc

 Client-centric approach with a focus on delivering value.

 Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

 Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
