Alex Stewart International (India) Private Limited is an international Marine Survey and Commodities Inspection company. The job description of the Branch Manager of Paradip Branch office will be as follows:

Responsibilities

1) Administrative and Operations Head of Paradip Branch Office

2) Responsible to develop business in Paradip and execute the assignments

3) Build the brand name of the company in Paradip and neighbouring southern regions 

4) Responsible for the profitability of Paradip office as a profitable cost centre

5) Maintain the ISO 9001:2015 QMS of the Branch with continual improvement

6) Plan and execute regular training programs for the staff of the Paradip Branch office

7) Explore new avenues of business and submit achievable growth plans for the Branch

8) Prepare the annual income & expenditure budget, and capital budget expenditure of the Paradip Branch

Qualifications

2) M.B.A degree

Preferable:

1) ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor

2) Certificate of Competency as a Master Mariner / Chief Officer / Chief Engineer from the Merchant Navy

3) Past experience as Branch Manager

Personal Attributes & Skills:

1) Good oral & written communication skills in English / Hindi / Odia

2) Leadership skills

3) Amiable personality and excellent people skills

4) Adequate computer knowledge to work with MS Office, MS Outlook, Power Point, etc.

5) Sales driven attitude to drive business ahead

6) Good track record of driving sales in India
