Job Purpose:

To lead the assigned branch by effective planning & management of resources, ensuring the achievement of business targets through strategic sales execution. The role demands a leader who can enhance market share, brand equity, and operational efficiency while maintaining financial discipline and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve branch targets in:
  • Agent productivity
  • New premium acquisition
  • Business persistency
  • Drive sales promotional activities to maximize business numbers.
  • Recommend product and process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership & Performance Management:

  • Foster a high-performance culture by mentoring and motivating the agency force.
  • Ensure effective people management to boost field force productivity.

Financial & Operational Excellence:

  • Maintain financial discipline to optimize revenue and control costs.
  • Ensure 100% compliance for seamless branch operations.
  • Oversee branch administration to sustain smooth and cost-effective functioning.

Market Leadership:

  • Strengthen the branch’s market share and brand equity through innovative strategies.
  • Focus on business persistency to achieve long-term growth goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 8+ years in agency sales/branch management within the life insurance
