Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch, including customer service, sales, and administration

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets and increase profitability

- Monitor and analyze branch performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their financial needs, and provide appropriate solutions

- Lead and motivate a team of branch staff, provide training and development opportunities, and ensure high levels of employee engagement

- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures

- Collaborate with other departments to drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities

- Represent the bank in the local community and participate in networking events to promote the bank's brand and services
