Job Description

As a Manager in this role, your main responsibility will be to manage a team of Agency Managers, ensure advisor recruitment according to the plan, and support the Branch Head in making the branch a profit center while achieving annual business targets. You will face challenges such as unavailability of quality manpower, licensing of advisors, fluctuating market conditions, and ensuring business compliance with regulatory environments. - Ensure the performance of assigned Agency Managers in terms of recruiting Advisors and achieving business targets by: - Recruiting quality resources - Ensuring performance standards of recruitment, activisation, policies, and premiums are met - Maintaining profitability of advisors and the branch - Tracking Advisors Contest and Clubs - Monitoring various training needs - Sharing successful sales practices - Providing support to Agency Managers through sales/recruitment participation - Maintaining market conduct standards - Keeping track of sales reports and developing Agency Managers - Conducting goal-setting exercises with the team - Manage persistency and business health for the allotted branch to achieve functional goals by: - Managing sales force attrition - Maintaining business quality for better persistency - Maintain internal and external relationship management to drive performance by: - Building healthy relationships with Agency Managers and departments - Maintaining contact with all advisors - Communicating new products and schemes to advisors - Regularly visiting top advisors - Drive local sales promotion efforts to support team members in achieving business targets by: - Anticipating sales promotion opportunities and creating innovative promotional activities - Organizing various contests - Ensure risk management as per company policy by: - Conducting business activities in compliance with regulatory environments - Screening applications and ensuring healthy business practices - Manage administrative responsibilities of the branch in the absence of the Branch Head by: - Assisting in carrying out branch administrative responsibilities - Monitoring operational costs - Resolving people or client-related issues - Manage team by: - Providing continuous on-the-job training for skill enhancement - Mentoring, supervising, and coaching the team - Providing on-the-job and classroom training for skill enhancement - Ensuring periodic job rotations for exposure to all aspects - Minimum Experience Level: 5 - 12 years - Job Qualifications: Graduate Diploma,
