Job Summary:
The Branch Head will oversee all branch operations, lead the sales and marketing efforts, and manage staff to achieve organizational goals within the Kottayam district.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise day-to-day branch operations for smooth functioning.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver top performance.
• Drive sales and marketing initiatives to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to boost business opportunities.
• Prepare and review branch performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the district.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in branch management, sales, and marketing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of the Kottayam market and customer trends.
