Branch Head - Operations and Business Development

As a Branch Head at our Gurgaon location, you will play a pivotal role in leading our Operations and Business Development function. Your primary focus will be on managing branch operations, enhancing client satisfaction, ensuring retention, and achieving new business targets. Your background in operational excellence, team leadership, and B2B business development will be crucial for success in this position. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Client Servicing & Retention** - Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to drive high satisfaction levels and encourage repeat business. - Act as the main escalation point for client issues, ensuring prompt resolution. - Regularly assess service delivery standards and identify areas for enhancement. - **Operations Management** - Supervise day-to-day branch operations to maintain efficiency, compliance, and quality control. - Lead, guide, and motivate cross-functional teams towards achieving operational KPIs. - Streamline processes, allocate resources effectively, and optimize workflows to boost productivity and profitability. - Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. - **Business Development** - Identify, pursue, and successfully close new business opportunities within the designated region. - Develop and execute local sales strategies to increase market share. - Work closely with senior management to establish growth objectives and revenue targets. - Represent the organization at client meetings, industry events, and networking platforms. **Key Requirements:** - Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business, Management, or a related field. - 8-12 years of experience in Operations, Client Servicing, or Business Development, preferably within a service-based or B2B industry. - Demonstrated expertise in branch or regional leadership roles with P&L accountability. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. - Proven track record of leading diverse teams in a fast-paced setting.
