Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Head located in Sulthanbathery. The Branch Head will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, managing staff, ensuring superior customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The role will also involve developing business strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Experience in banking, finance, or related sectors
• Customer service and relationship management skills
• Sales and business development skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Sulthanbathery
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the NBFC sector is a plus
