Job Description

As a potential candidate, you will be responsible for identifying business growth opportunities across the Branch, developing direct/channel/new client acquisition strategies, and leveraging growth opportunities to achieve Branch targets. Key Responsibilities: - Augment the business volumes of mortgage lending in the region. - Manage client databases and tap them through Team Leaders and dedicated Field Staffs. - Drive relationships with key clients, ensuring faster TAT and cross-selling initiatives to increase the client base of the Region. - Monitor lead generation and TL Sales productivity metrics to foster a high-performance sales culture across the state. - Scan the market and its competitive offerings periodically, reporting on emerging trends and business opportunities for the mortgage segment to the head office. - Engage with channel partners and develop a touchpoint management system for faster customer connectivity. - Conduct engagement programs and sales trainings to develop channel partners. - Monitor SLAs, sales efficiencies, and the RoI of channels. - Effectively deploy schemes and prioritize sales of high revenue products and structures. - Liaise with the Marketing team to ensure adequate marketing support such as merchandising and promotions is available in the region for brand visibility and increased sales. - Provide distributors and customers in the region with information about new or improved products and services to boost sales. - Educate, motivate, and coach the Distributor Sales Team, building rapport and maintaining control. - Work towards ensuring sales force capability development by providing necessary inputs into the development of training content to the HR Team. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in business development and client acquisition strategies. - Strong understanding of mortgage lending and financial services. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze market trends and competitive offerings. - Experience in sales training and channel partner development. - Knowledge of sales force capability development and training content creation.
