Job Description

As a Branch Operations Manager, your role involves overseeing inbound and outbound operations at the branch. Your responsibilities include: - Monitoring and ensuring timely arrival and departure of vehicles from the branch. - Handling all pickup and delivery activities of the branch. - Maintaining the prescribed service level of all DTDC products, including PTP and E-Commerce shipments. - Managing customer queries with the help desk of the branch customer support team. - Ensuring branch adherence to standard operating procedures for all operational processes. - Managing the cost budget of the branch and maintaining branch infrastructure. - Acting as an administrative supervisor to all branch personnel. Your key performance indicators (KPI) will primarily focus on service quality and managing the cost budget of the branch. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduation/MBA degree. - Minimum of 4 years of operational experience in First Mile, Last Mile, Delivery Ops, and team handling, preferably in the E-commerce or Supply Chain industry.
