Branch Executive

Job Summary:
Kannattu Fingold Finance is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Floor Executive to manage branch floor operations at our Trivandrum branch. The role involves handling walk-in customers, supporting gold loan and other NBFC products, ensuring accurate documentation, and delivering excellent customer service in line with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers; explain gold loan and NBFC products.
• Handle customer onboarding, KYC verification, and documentation as per RBI/NBFC norms.
• Support gold loan processing, renewals, repayments, and closures.
• Coordinate with appraisal, credit, operations, and cash teams for smooth disbursement.
• Maintain daily MIS, registers, and customer records.
• Address customer queries and ensure quick resolution or escalation.
• Ensure strict adherence to compliance, audit, and security procedures.
• Assist in branch marketing activities and lead follow-ups.
• Maintain a clean, disciplined, and professional branch environment.
• Support the Branch Manager in day-to-day branch operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in NBFC/Gold Loan or financial services branch roles.
• Sound knowledge of KYC, documentation, and basic loan processes.
• Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi/Tamil is a plus).
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, LOS/CRM systems).
• Customer-centric mindset with good interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
