Branch Collection Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

Team Management
: Supervise and guide a team of collection staff. Provide training, support, and performance management to ensure team effectiveness.
Collection Strategy
: Develop and implement effective strategies for recovering overdue debts. This includes planning for field collections, initiating legal actions, and managing customer communication.
Target Achievement
: Set and monitor collection targets, ensuring the branch meets its goals for overdue debt recovery.
Compliance
: Ensure all team activities adhere to relevant regulations, company policies, and procedures related to debt collection and loan management.
Customer Relationship Management
: Maintain positive relationships with customers. Resolve issues, negotiate payment arrangements, and facilitate settlements professionally.

Skills Required:

Proven experience in a collections or debt recovery role, with team management responsibilities.
Strong leadership and guidance skills for training and motivating a team.
Expertise in developing and implementing effective collection strategies.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills to manage customer relationships and resolve disputes.
A solid understanding of debt collection regulations and compliance requirements.

QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
