Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Business Manager located in Kolayat. The Branch Business Manager will oversee the branch’s day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth execution of financial products and services. Responsibilities include managing sales targets, fostering customer relationships, and driving branch profitability. This role will also involve team management, developing and mentoring branch staff, and ensuring adherence to compliance and operational excellence. The manager will work closely with senior management to implement business strategies and address customer needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Financial expertise in areas such as vehicle finance, SME loans, home equity loans, and consumer durable loans
• Proficiency in team management and staff mentoring to achieve branch goals
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of compliance, operations management, and branch-level administration
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer needs and operational challenges
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Prior experience in banking or financial services is an advantage
