Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Stores Executive to oversee and coordinate stores-related activities within the production cell. The role involves ensuring timely material availability, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting production planning to meet internal customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stores Monitoring & Control:

• Supervise and manage stores operations attached to the production cell.
• Ensure timely availability of materials to meet internal customer needs.

• Kanban System Management:

• Issue materials to the production cell based on Kanban cards.
• Maintain Kanban discipline and ensure smooth material flow.

• FIFO Compliance:

• Monitor FIFO racks and ensure materials are issued in the correct sequence.
• Prevent material aging and ensure inventory freshness.

• Consumables Management:

• Post Material Issue Tickets (MIT) accurately to maintain stock levels.
• Track and replenish consumables as per production requirements.

• Inventory Control:

• Conduct perpetual inventory checks and reconcile physical vs. system stock.
• Perform ABC analysis to optimize inventory management.

• Safety Compliance:

• Monitor adherence to personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.
• Promote and ensure a safe working environment within the cell.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Diploma or Graduate in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience in stores operations, inventory control, and production support.
• Familiarity with Kanban, FIFO, and perpetual inventory systems.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems and inventory software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Safety-conscious and detail-oriented.
