Job Summary:

Store Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Manage receipt, storage, and issue of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods timely.
Maintain updated stock records in BUSINESS CENTRAL/ERP/SAP/ and ensure accurate documentation.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Coordinate with production, procurement, and dispatch teams for smooth material flow.
Ensure proper labeling, identification, and FIFO (First In, First Out) , FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) practices.
Monitor storage conditions to maintain material quality and compliance.
Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and issue slips as per company procedures.
Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the store area.
Support audits and maintain records as per company and statutory requirements.

Key Requirements:

Education:
Graduate / Diploma in any stream.
Experience:
25 years in FMCG / Manufacturing / Consumer Products industry.
Skills:

Strong knowledge of inventory management and store operations
Working knowledge of BUSINESS CENTRAL/ SAP / ERP systems
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle store manpower and documentation efficiently
Good command on “EXCEL”
