BPO Trainer

Job Title: Process Trainer
Process: Blinkit & Samsung
Location: Sector 18, Gurgaon
Experience: Minimum 1 year of BPO training experience (mandatory)
Salary: ₹45,000 to ₹50,000 CTC
Working Days: 5 days a week

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Train new joiners on call handling, communication flow, and CRM usage
• Conduct mock calls, roleplays, and live demos
• Support during nesting with performance tracking and feedback
• Conduct refresher sessions and maintain training reports
• Coordinate with Ops and Quality for smooth onboarding

Requirements:

• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Experience in voice process training
• Confident in handling batches independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
