Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Healthcare and Pharma is big plus.
  • Engage with international clients to understand their needs and offer solutions, closing deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Proactively reach out to potential and existing clients via phone to, qualify prospects, and close sales.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Lead end-to-end consultative sales processes, including discovery, solution design, pricing, proposal development, contract negotiation, and handover to operations.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent English American/ British Accent.
  • Sales Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales-driven role, ideally in BPO environments. You should be familiar with managing a sales pipeline, outbound calling, and closing deals.
  • B1/C1 English: Strong communication skills in both languages, written and spoken, are essential. Additional languages are a plus.
  • International Sales Expertise: Experience working with clients from different countries, navigating cultural differences, and adapting your sales approach to suit global markets.
