Job Title:* BPO Recruiter - Mortgage Domain (Volume Hiring)

*Job Summary:*

We're seeking an experienced BPO Recruiter to join our team, specializing in volume hiring for the Mortgage domain. As a Recruiter, you'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for our clients' mortgage-related positions. Your expertise in high-volume recruitment and knowledge of the mortgage industry will drive our hiring efforts.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies for high-volume hiring in the Mortgage domain

- Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and databases

- Conduct interviews using structured, competency-based, and stress interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide feedback on candidates

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective hires

- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and clients

- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to track metrics and improve processes

*Requirements:*

- 3+ years of experience in BPO recruitment, preferably in the Mortgage domain

- Proven track record of successful volume hiring

- Strong understanding of the Mortgage industry and job requirements

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

*Preferred Qualifications:*

- Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as Workello, Hirezy, or similar platforms

- Knowledge of mortgage industry-specific recruitment challenges and trends

- Certification in recruitment, HR, or a related field

- Experience in managing large-scale recruitment projects
