Job Description

You will be responsible for managing the full-cycle hiring process for BPO roles such as customer support, telesales, and technical support. This includes sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting screenings and interviews, coordinating with stakeholders, negotiating offers, and maintaining candidate pipelines and reports. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment process for BPO roles - Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing methods - Conduct initial screenings, telephonic interviews, and skill evaluations - Coordinate with hiring managers, clients, and HR teams - Negotiate salaries, close offers, and ensure smooth onboarding - Maintain candidate pipeline and provide recruitment reports Qualifications Required: - 2-6 years of experience in BPO recruitment - Experience in high-volume hiring from RPO setup, staffing agencies, or in-house BPO recruitment teams - Understanding of the BPO domain and hiring for international process voice, non-voice, and technical roles - Good verbal and written communication skills - Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools The company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and provident fund.
