BPO Fresher (Excellent communication)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service or support role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with difficult customers.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Experience in [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., telecom, e-commerce, healthcare].
• Familiarity with customer service software like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
