Responsibilities:

  • Handle international customer queries through calls, emails, and chat.
  • Deliver accurate information and resolve issues effectively within defined timelines.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining professionalism and empathy.
  • Document interactions and update records in internal systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Adhere to quality standards and meet process KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate/Undergraduate/Postgraduate/B.Tech/B.E.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal & written).
  • Comfortable with

    24/7 rotational shifts

    (including weekends).
  • Willingness to work from office (Gurugram).
  • Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving ability.
