Contract Manager/Administator

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Contract Management: Receive, review, and process contracts through DocuSign for execution and signature. 
  • Document Handling: Ensure contracts are stored securely, appropriately categorized, and easily retrievable for reference. 
  • Data Accuracy: Verify the completeness and accuracy of contract information before processing.  4. Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, clients, and vendors regarding contract status and related inquiries. 
  • Compliance & Confidentiality: Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and confidentiality standards. 
  • Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to contract management workflows to enhance efficiency.

Key Skills :

  • Proficiency in using DocuSign. 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.  3. Attention to detail with the ability to review and validate contract information. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. 
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) is a plus.
