We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our BPO team at Nava India. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Tamil, with additional proficiency in English and Malayalam preferred. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing customer support, and promoting products or services as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about company products or services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information or solutions.
Maintain a positive, professional, and courteous approach in all customer interactions.
Update and maintain customer databases with accurate information.
Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth communication and efficient customer handling.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills in Tamil (mandatory).
Good command of English and Malayalam preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or call center software is a plus.
Strong listening, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per year
