Job Title: International Voice Process - Customer Service/Debt Collections/Insurance Domain
Job Description:
We are seeking candidates for a pure calling role in an international voice process, handling customer service, debt collections, or insurance-related queries.
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls
- Resolve customer queries and concerns- Meet performance targets and quality standards- Work in shifts (including night shifts)
Requirements:
- Graduate/UG Diploma (3 years)
- Excellent communication skills- Experience in customer service or related field (freshers welcome)- Immediate joiners only (no notice period candidates)
Salary and Benefits:
- Up to 45,000 take-home salary (depending on experience and last drawn)
