Responsibilities:

Customer Support:
Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails, ensuring timely and accurate query resolution.

Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases when needed.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on company products, policies, and processes.
Customer Experience:
Ensure a friendly and professional approach in all interactions.
Escalation Management:
Identify and route critical issues to the appropriate teams.
Compliance & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records and follow company policies.
Quality & Performance:
Meet KPIs, participate in training, and continuously improve service quality.
Collaboration:
Work with internal teams to enhance customer support processes.
