Job Description:
We are looking for Customer Support Associates to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries professionally and efficiently over calls or emails. This is a pure night shift role and requires excellent communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls or emails to assist customers with their queries.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure quality service delivery.
Follow company processes and achieve daily performance targets.

Requirements:
Education: 12th Pass with minimum 6 months of BPO experience OR Graduate (Freshers welcome)
Shift: 5 days working | 2 rotational offs | Night Shift (US process)
Work Mode: Work from Office (Mumbai)
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written)
