The opportunity You will be responsible to develop large and complex web applications architecture, composed of components, standards that govern which how data is represented, arranged, integrated and used by users, including the design, build and documents to address business requirements You will be responsible to create sound project plans with the business by engaging with multidisciplinary teams, and by identifying, managing and mitigating risk You will be responsible to develop relationships across the business to understand data requirements, applies deep technical knowledge of data management to solve business problems in areas where solutions may not currently exist, necessitating new solutions / ways of working / technologies and proactively articulating these to the business . Skills and attributes for success This role leads a 6-member product team in our India office, supporting legal, compliance, and automation platforms. The manager will oversee sprint planning, stakeholder communication, and delivery execution. The team owns Smarsh and Redoak end-to-end, and provides production support and enhancements for Passport, Mitratech, iManage, DFIN Arc Filing and Pro, and automation tools built using UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform. he manager will also serve as a people leader responsible for mentoring, performance reviews, and career development. Strong collaboration with US-based product teams is essential. Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms, vendor coordination, and legal capabilities such as eDiscovery, Matter Management, Document Management, and Contract AI is strongly preferred.
To qualify for the role, you must have Provide guidance and training as necessary to develop crew. Sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures. Works closely with management to develop and implement staffing and operational plans. Participates in the development of short and long term department goals. Monitors and reports on service delivery metrics and overall performance. Develops and implements changes to department policies and procedures to meet changing business needs and to achieve department objectives. Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement. Leads quality initiatives to improve the delivery of service levels. Works with senior management in the planning, development, and execution of short and long range goals. Presents status, metrics, and department initiatives at meetings with management and project peers. Maintains relationships with technical teams, IT, and business partners. Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and effectively communicating project progress and updates to stakeholders. Identify potential risks throughout the project lifecycle and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project delivery. Develop comprehensive project plans, set timelines, allocate resources efficiently, and manage budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
What we look for Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew. Responsible for delivering software releases relating to the product for the business units, managing the testing, evaluation, and selection of IT vendor products. Works with business clients to determine scope, and develops environmental requirements for each project. Ensures staff complies with information technology and information security policies and procedures, and verifies that deliverables meet requirements. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. Participates in the development of the department budget. Reviews expenses and ensures department operates within budgetary guidelines. Enhance cybersecurity frameworks by integrating advanced security measures and best practices into IT projects to safeguard company data and assets.
