Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Boutique Operation Specialist (BOS) to oversee the daily operations of our premium jewellery retail store in Deoghar. The BOS will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless in-store experience, maintaining store standards, supporting sales staff, and managing operational processes to ensure efficiency and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the boutique is always customer-ready in terms of cleanliness, product display, and ambience.
• Coordinate with the sales team to support customer interactions, product presentations, and after-sales service.
• Maintain inventory records, manage stock levels, and support periodic stock audits.
• Assist in visual merchandising and implementation of marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with operational policies, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Handle cash and billing operations when required.
• Maintain daily reports on sales, inventory, and boutique operations.
• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and logistics partners when needed.
• Support boutique manager with administrative tasks and performance tracking.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in the luxury, fashion, or jewellery segment.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in basic MS Office and retail POS systems.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Fluent in Hindi and basic English.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Deoghar.
