Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Boutique Operation Specialist to join our team at Titan Company Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in the retail industry, with expertise in boutique operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily boutique operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Coordinate with sales teams to ensure excellent customer service and high sales performance.
Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance store appearance and attract customers.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors for timely product delivery.
