SUMMARY Verify the quality of materials upon delivery and ensure they meet project standards Perform regular inspections throughout the construction process Maintain detailed records of inspections and tests Document non-conformance reports (NCRs) and oversee the implementation of corrective actions Submit daily updates on construction quality control reports in the ACC platform Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, environmental standards, contractual agreements, and approved Bill of Quantities (BOQ) Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and site supervisors to ensure high-quality work Assist in internal and external audits and walkthroughs Review and validate subcontractors’ quality control practices Oversee material testing in third-party labs when necessary Assist in snagging and de-snagging activities prior to handover Conduct training according to the work schedule Requirements Proven experience in quality control or a similar role Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality standards Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and work effectively in a team Certification in quality control or a related field may be preferred
