Looking for a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Estimation/Tendering Engineer in Road & Bridges. The ideal candidate will have between 3 to 8 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate the tendering process for road and bridge projects.
Prepare and submit tenders, bids, and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and feasibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Analyze and interpret tender documents and contracts.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in estimation, tendering, or construction management.
Strong knowledge of transportation, highway engineering, and civil engineering principles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
