Job Title:

Experience:

Preparation, verification, and submission of MEP bills.
Review and validation of contractor bills, submittals, and invoices.
Conduct on-site bill audits and inspections across project sites in different states.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients for timely resolution of billing queries.
Maintain accurate records and reports of billing activities.
Ensure compliance with company standards, contractual terms, and client requirements.
Assist in cost control, budget tracking, and reporting for MEP works.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in MEP billing and quantity surveying.
Strong knowledge of billing processes, contract management, and project documentation.
Ability to travel across states for site audits.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
