QS MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) services to manage all commercial aspects of MEP works across our high-value projects. Responsible for cost management, billing, contract administration, excellence in MEP&BOQ.

You are an experienced MEP Billing Engineer / Quantity Surveyor with a keen eye for detail, sought for interior fit-out projects. Your role involves preparing accurate bills of quantities, verifying MEP works, managing cost estimates, and collaborating with site and project teams to ensure efficient billing and cost control processes. Your responsibilities will include preparing and verifying BOQs for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services, ensuring accuracy in client and subcontractor bills, conducting site measurements, tracking material consumption, and certifying RA bills. You will assist in cost estimation, budgeting, rate analysis, and coordinate with various teams for progress validation and billing. Additionally, you will prepare variation claims, support cost control activities, liaise with stakeholders for bill approvals and ensure compliance with contract terms and procedures. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in interior fit-out projects focusing on MEP billing and QS functions. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity take-off tools is essential, along with a strong understanding of MEP systems, interior construction practices, and commercial aspects of fit-out works. Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills are required to handle multiple billing cycles under pressure. Preferred qualifications include experience in high-end interior projects and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Primavera. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the cost and procurement process related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works, ensuring value engineering, accurate cost control, and contract compliance from project initiation to completion. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for MEP works from drawings and specifications. Conduct cost estimation and budgeting for MEP systems. Responsible for managing the financial aspects of a construction project, ensuring accurate and timely payments to contractors. This involves preparing bills of quantities, verifying invoices, and tracking project costs. MEP BILLING, PLUMBING

Manage and oversee the end-to-end billing process for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works across all real estate projects. Prepare, verify, and approve contractor/vendor bills in line with work progress and project specifications. Review MEP-related BOQs, rate analysis, and material consumption for accurate billing. Coordinate with site execution teams, consultants, and procurement for timely validation of quantities and work done. Ensure timely submission of RA bills, final bills, and compliance with contractual terms and technical drawings. Maintain accurate billing documentation, including measurement sheets, material reconciliations, and supporting records. Track MEP project costs and support budgeting, cost estimation, and cash flow planning. Liaise with the finance team for payment processing and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.). Identify billing discrepancies, raise alerts, and ensure timely corrective actions. Generate MIS reports and billing status updates for management review.
