Validation of Technical specifications received from Design team. Optimization of Specifications without any deviation in Client requirement deliveries. Validation of BOQs and backup workings. Presentation of BOQs and solutions to Management and getting approvals. Checking of RA bills and final bills Preparation of Amendments Validation of budget cost analysis based on benchmark cost matrix. Submission of different budget options considering alternative solutions to actual design Exploring new products and take them to approvals. Proposing different optimization options in budgets. Completion of Budget requirements in given TAT without any delays. Preparation of different reports on cost analysis of Projects as per Management. Quantity Surveyor MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Manages the costs associated with these specialized systems within construction projects. Responsible for cost estimation, budget management, contract administration. Work with project stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Key Responsibilities: Cost Estimation & Management: Develops and maintains cost estimates for MEP systems, from initial budgets to detailed design stages. Contract Management: Oversees contracts for MEP works, including procurement and supplier negotiations. Cost Analysis: Conducts cost analysis on engineering projects and provides accurate estimates for materials, labor, and other expenses. Progress Payments: Prepares and agrees on progress payments, assesses variations and claims. Reporting: Provides regular reports and updates to senior management and other stakeholders. Stakeholder Communication: Works with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders. Bill of Quantities (BQ): Creates BQs, cost estimations, cost plans, and contract packages. Risk and Value Management: Provides support for risk and value management, and cost control functions. Required Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detailed understanding of MEP systems and construction processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in relevant software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Overview: Experienced Billing Engineer with extensive billing experience, proficiency in SAP, and responsibilities including on-site physical verification, material reconciliation, and quantity surveying. Competencies: Review and verify MEP contractor invoices for accuracy and completeness. Must have strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction contracts and billing processes. Verify measurements and quantities with reference to the actual work done at the site and manage MEP contracts. Oversee the preparation and processing of MEP billing invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Conduct on-site physical verification of completed works. Develop and implement billing strategies basis reconciliation and minimize disputes. Ensure all billing activities comply with relevant regulations and standards. Strict adherence to company policies and procedures related to billing and invoicing. Must have proficiency in SAP, Excel, AutoCAD, communication and other relevant software skills. Identify opportunities to improve billing processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. Provide regular billing and payment reports for management, highlighting issues and any improvement areas.
