Experience Required: Minimum 5 years Industry: Construction / Project Management Consultancy (PMC) /Infrastructure / Related Sectors Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven BusinessDevelopment Manager to join our Mumbai office. The ideal candidate willhave a solid background in business development within the construction,infrastructure, or PMC space, with the ability to generate leads, buildrelationships, and contribute to strategic growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking events, and other channels. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline across various sectors. Understand market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Develop and sustain long-term client relationships and act as a key point of contact. Promote Currie & Brown s services and value proposition to prospective clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop outreach campaigns and promotional materials. Support digital marketing and social media engagement initiatives. Schedule, coordinate, and lead meetings with clients and internal technical teams. Assist in preparing customized proposals, bids, and tender documents. Track performance metrics and prepare regular business development reports. Work closely with delivery teams to ensure alignment on client needs and expectations. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within Construction/PMC/Infrastructure or related industries. Proven track record of successful client acquisition and relationship management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of the PMC industry landscape.
