Senior Civil Engineer

This role requires strong leadership skills, a solid background in civil engineering, and significant experience in navigating environmental regulations and obtaining permits. The successful candidate will manage complex projects that intersect with environmental laws, ensuring compliance and project success from inception to completion. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead and manage the design, development, and execution of industrial infrastructure projects. This role requires a strong background in civil engineering principles, project management, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities including: Lead the planning, design, and construction of industrial infrastructure (e.g., factories, warehouses, process plants). Review and approve civil and structural designs, drawings, specifications, and calculations. Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations. Manage budgets, schedules, and resources for engineering tasks. Collaborate with architects, mechanical/electrical engineers, contractors, and stakeholders. Supervise junior engineers and provide technical mentorship. Review tender documents and support the procurement process. Coordinate with regulatory bodies for permits and inspections. Perform risk assessments and implement quality control measures. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering (Master s preferred). Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred. Minimum 8-10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in industrial projects. Proficient in civil design software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, STAAD.Pro, etc.). Strong knowledge of construction practices and project management. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Experience: Industrial facility design (e.g., manufacturing plants, chemical plants, logistics hubs). Familiarity with industrial standards (e.g., ASCE, ACI, OSHA).
