Job Location

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation & reviewing of basic & detail engineering packages for the projects at Sai.
Exp in API / Formulation brown field project.
Preparation of the project costing project timelines & schedule.
Preparation of equipment data sheets, indent rising & Purchase requisitions
Technical evaluation of the vendor documents & drawings.
Preparation of plant and equipment Layouts
Issuance of drawings for execution.
Supporting the contractors in the project execution activities &vendor follow-up for smooth execution of projects
Preparation & review of layout, PFD, P&ID.
Performing Material & energy balance.
Process equipment design & sizing along with data sheets
Utility equipment design & sizing along with data sheets
UFDs & ULDs preparation & checking.
Equipment Line sizing & pump hydraulics calculations including Safety valves.
Developing the Control philosophy for the process control equipment
Preparation and review of process and utility equipment qualification
Preparation and execution of DQ,IQ,OQ,PQ documents.
