Responsibilities Lead and manage the BOP team to ensure smooth operations and maintenance of all BOP systems in the thermal power plant. Develop strategies and plans to optimize BOP processes, minimize downtime, and enhance overall plant efficiency. Oversee the installation, commissioning, and testing of BOP equipment and systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve BOP-related issues in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards in all BOP activities. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports related to BOP operations and maintenance. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to implement best practices in BOP operations.
