Key Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions, including AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Maintain accurate books for

  multiple entities

  within the organization.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Use

  QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise

  to manage accounting workflows (note: we are transitioning data back from QBO).
• Utilize CRM and other platforms to track new sales, customer financing, and vendor activity.
• Support vendor payment processing, tracking, and reconciliation.
• Monitor ongoing financial tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
• Communicate with U.S.-based CPAs, banks, property managers, and internal teams.
• Assist with cash flow monitoring, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting

  , ideally with

  U.S. businesses or real estate

  (preferred).
• Strong proficiency in

  QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise

  (QBO familiarity is a plus but Desktop is essential).
• Solid

  Excel skills

  for data review, reconciliation, and financial analysis.
• Experience with

  CRM platforms.

• Ability to handle both detailed data entry and higher-level analytical review.
• Strong understanding of

  U.S. GAAP

  and real estate terminology (preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Highly organized, accurate, and reliable; able to manage multiple deadlines independently.

• Must be available to work full-time EST hours.
