Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Accounting Operations:

• Record daily financial transactions including sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts on a regular basis.
• Manage

  accounts payable

  and

  accounts receivable

  , ensuring timely vendor and customer payments.
• Process invoices, employee reimbursements, and petty cash.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and other financial accounts monthly.
• Maintain fixed asset schedules and calculate depreciation.
• Support payroll processing and related journal entries.
• Ensure accurate documentation and filing of all accounting records for audit and compliance.
  

Management Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
• Conduct variance and performance analysis to support decision-making.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Prepare financial statements and schedules in accordance with

  US GAAP

• Present clear and concise financial reports for internal and cross-border teams.
