Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Operate and monitor boilers to maintain required steam pressure and temperature.
2. Perform routine checks on fuel supply, water levels, safety valves, and other operating
parameters.
3. Carry out preventive maintenance of boilers on regular intervals to ensure boiler efficiency and safety.
4. Record and maintain daily logbooks of boiler operations, fuel consumption, and operating conditions.
5. Ensure compliance with that of statutory regulations and maintain all boiler-related
documentation.
6. Respond promptly to alarms, breakdowns, or emergency situations.
7. Coordinate with Utility/Production teams to ensure smooth production at our plant/facility.
8. Maintain inventory of spare parts required for boiler operation and maintenance.
9. Adhere to all safety procedures like PPE usage and other safety standards in boiler area.
10. Support in internal/external audits, inspections, and statutory compliance when required by firm.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
