Job Description

BMS Commissioning Engineer

Location: Kolkata

Contractual

The BMS (Building Management Systems) Commissioning Engineer will oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of BMS systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications. This role necessitates a comprehensive understanding of BMS operations, which includes HVAC control, lighting systems, and the integration requirements for Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS)

Qualifications:

Education:

A Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

At least 3-5 years of experience in commissioning or testing BMS systems or related technologies.
Familiarity with HVAC systems and building automation protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and LON is advantageous.
