We are seeking a Business Marketing Associate who is passionate about driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives. As a BMA, you will assist in executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, managing digital assets, and supporting the sales team with high-converting strategies. This is an ideal role for someone who is analytical, creative, and results-oriented. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.). Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer trends. Create and manage content for social media, email marketing, and promotional campaigns. Collaborate with design and content teams to develop marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, ads). Monitor and report performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc. Support lead generation efforts and nurture qualified prospects through the sales funnel. Assist with client outreach, follow-ups, and engagement strategies. Maintain and update CRM databases (like HubSpot, Zoho, etc.). Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with social media marketing, SEO, and paid ads. Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; Canva or Adobe tools are a plus. Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project management skills. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.). Experience with analytics tools and dashboards. Creative mindset with basic design or video editing skills is a bonus.
