Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Manager (BM) and Senior Business Manager (Sr. BM) located in Aligarh. The BM/Sr. BM will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing business strategies, achieving sales targets, and maintaining client relationships. The role involves conducting market research, collaborating with teams to develop marketing plans, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The candidate will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior staff, and providing excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management, client relationship management, and business development
• Strong skills in market research, strategy development, and team collaboration
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Ability to train and mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with company policies
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Experience in the insurance or healthcare industry is beneficial
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
