Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager (BM) and Senior Branch Manager (Sr BM) located in Mathura. The role involves overseeing the branch operations, managing a team of sales and customer service staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing business strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, handling customer queries and complaints, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Management and leadership skills to effectively oversee branch operations and teams
• Sales and marketing expertise to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
• Customer service skills to handle queries and complaints and ensure client satisfaction
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the insurance sector
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the health insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
