About Us

We are building robust infrastructure within the Ethereum ecosystem with a focus on Proof of Stake (PoS) and secure private network deployments. We’re looking for a highly motivated self-starter who can work independently and grow into a senior blockchain engineer with us.

What We Need

We are looking for a developer who has core skills in C, C++, Python, GCP, and AWS infrastructure, and who is eager to learn and grow in the blockchain space. We will train the candidate in the nuances of Ethereum node operations and Proof of Stake consensus mechanisms, as well as specific blockchain security fundamentals and staking solutions.

Key Skills You Will Be Trained In

• Understanding how various components of an Ethereum client work, including networking, synchronization, RPC, and consensus layers.
• Working with Ethereum node infrastructure and Proof of Stake consensus.
• Blockchain security fundamentals, including key management, access control, and DoS protection.
• Deploying and maintaining blockchain environments in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).

• Working with containerization technologies to scale and manage blockchain networks.

Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and maintain Ethereum nodes (e.g., Besu, Geth, Lighthouse, Prysm) across public and private networks.
• Design, deploy, and monitor secure PoS staking infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot networking, consensus, and node operation issues.
• Support internal development teams by providing a reliable blockchain backend.
• Ensure security best practices are followed in node operations and deployment.
• Assist in automating infrastructure using modern DevOps tooling and scripting.

Required Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of experience in a blockchain infrastructure or Ethereum-focused role.
• Proven understanding of PoS consensus and Ethereum node operations.
• Experience with private Ethereum networks (e.g., configuring genesis files, bootnodes, enode management).
• Proficiency in Linux environments, scripting (Bash/Python), and using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Familiarity with networking concepts, TLS, firewalls, VPNs, etc.
• Strong understanding of blockchain security principles.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Hyperledger Besu or other enterprise Ethereum clients.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, or infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Helm).
• Prior work on staking infrastructure or validator management.
