DIRECT INTERVIEW

location:- Entire Northeast (all district)

Role:- District Coordinator and block Coordinator

candidates Required:- Both Male/Female candidates

Salary:-Performance based payment ( probation period first 3/6th month) / permanent position with fixed salary after that.

**Work area for District Coordinator:-
* MSME Lean Workshop Program* Zed Certification & License Online* SHG (SELF HELP GROUP) Mobilisation* NGO Training and Awareness* Entrepreneurship Development Disney Programs

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Program Implementation2. Field operations & monitoring3. Coordination & communication4. Business development

**Eligibility Criteria:-
1. Minimum graduate (b.com/bba/social work)2. Minimum 2-3 years experience in development sector/NGO/MSME activities3. knowledge of SHG, rural development & entrepreneurship.4. strong communication and leadership skill5. must have smartphone, basic computer skills & field mobility.

** Work area for Block Coordinator:-
* MSME Lean workshop support* ZED License Awareness* SHG/NGO Mobilization* Entrepreneurship development training

**KEY RESPPONSIBILITIES
* Field-level execution* Mobilisation and community engagement* reporting and support

** Eligibility Criteria
* HS Passed/ Graduate Preferred* experience in field activities/ SHG/NGO/ rural development preferred* Good communication skills at village & block level* must have own conveyance/mobility for field visit
