β Collaborate with Unity developers and instructional designers to integrate assets into VR projects
β Optimize 3D assets for performance without compromising visual quality
β Follow project guidelines and maintain consistency in style and quality
β Participate in concept discussions and contribute to visual storytelling
β Understanding of PBR materials and lighting setup
β Excellent sense of proportion, anatomy, timing, and motion
β Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
β Experience with Unity or Unreal Engine
β Familiarity with educational content or gamified simulations
β Ability to handle project ownership from concept to execution
β Portfolio of completed professional/academic projects (ArtStation/Behance/Drive)
