Position Overview

skilled and creative Blender Artist

Key Responsibilities

● Design high-quality 3D models of characters, environments, and props in Blender

● Animate characters, objects, and scenes for use in educational VR simulations

● Rig and skin characters and assets for smooth animation and real-time performance

● Collaborate with Unity developers and instructional designers to integrate assets into VR projects

● Optimize 3D assets for performance without compromising visual quality

● Follow project guidelines and maintain consistency in style and quality

● Participate in concept discussions and contribute to visual storytelling

Skills & Qualifications

Blender

3D workflows

character and environment animation

game-ready assets optimized for Unity

✅ Understanding of PBR materials and lighting setup

✅ Excellent sense of proportion, anatomy, timing, and motion

✅ Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

● Experience with Unity or Unreal Engine

● Familiarity with educational content or gamified simulations

● Ability to handle project ownership from concept to execution

● Portfolio of completed professional/academic projects (ArtStation/Behance/Drive)
