Job Description

Position:Accountant Blackline Admin / Senior Accountant Blackline Admin (Techno-functional role)

Exp. :- 2-7 yrs

Location :- Bangalore

Process overview:

The Account Reconciliation team is responsible for the performing the Reconciliations for the Halliburton Group. Blackline tool is used to perform the Account Reconciliations. As techno functional role, the system admin to ensure the controls and developments for smoother tool availability and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation of Blackline and understanding of various modules Reconciliations; Journal Module, Match & Clear and Task module; and manage day to day admin related tasks of Blackline application.
Have good understanding of Reconciliations and control of usage of tools.
Daily, weekly and monthly reporting of activities and data management including variance analysis
Ensure timely resolution of queries from Business/ Operations, stakeholder management
Ensure process documentation are up to date; implement standardization and process improvements.
Comply with financial policies and regulations;Support on Adhoc Projects/Tasks as assigned.
Managing Stakeholder and process

Basic Qualifications/Experience:

Post-Graduate(finance) / Experience working for reconciliation Tool (AssureNet / Blackline).

Accounting Experience
SAP Experience
Overallknowledge on Reconciliation
Advanced Excel Knowledge
Expert Analytical skills
Stakeholder Management

Shift timing:

Any 9 working hours in a day depending on the business needs and the regions supported
