Job Summary:

We are seeking a Warehouse Admin to handle day-to-day warehouse administration along with basic HR activities. The role involves managing warehouse records, inventory documentation, and supporting employee-related tasks to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Administration:

• Maintain warehouse records, stock registers, inward & outward movement.

• Coordinate with logistics, vendors, and transporters for dispatches.

• Prepare and maintain GRN, billing, dispatch notes, gate passes, etc.

• Support stock audits and reconciliation.

Admin & HR Responsibilities:

• Handle employee attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.

• Support recruitment for warehouse staff.

• Manage onboarding formalities, ID cards, and employee records.

• Coordinate with the Head Office/Vendor for payroll inputs.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

• Maintain general office administration (Stationery, Housekeeping, Visitor Records, Etc.).

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Graduate / Diploma.

• 2-3 years of experience in warehouse administration + HR support.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic ERP knowledge.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
